Cancelation Policies


Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please read the following information.


Late arrivals

Please advise the office of your late arrival by calling: 613-443-3040 before 6 pm. If no arrangements have been made and you arrive after office hours, you will be required to park in the front parking lot until the office re-opens the next morning. Again, if no arrangements have been discussed with the office and you do not show-up the day of your reservation, we will, the next morning, consider your reservation forfeited and the cancellation policy below will apply. 

There will be no discounts or reimbursement on late arrivals, early departures or due to inclement weather.


At the time of your reservation, if you are reserving within the 7-day cancellation period of the arrival date, your reservation will be non-refundable.


CANCELLATION FEES: All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 administration fee. 


High season (July & August):


Up to 1 month before scheduled reservation Full refund will be issued in the same form that the payment was received

Between 1 month and 2 weeks: a 1 night fee will apply


2 weeks to 1 week : a 1 night fee plus 10% of cancelled nights


Less than 1 week No refund

 

Long weekends:


Up to 1 month before scheduled reservation Full refund will be issued in the same form that the payment was received

Between 1 month and 2 weeks: a 1 night fee will apply

2 weeks to 1 week 1 night fee plus 20% of cancelled nights


Less than 1 week No refund

 

Low season (May & June, September - October)

Less than 1 week before scheduled reservation 1 night fee will apply
